When you buy from CPi, you not only get the right product when you need it; you also get peace of mind.

As you would expect from a full service, authorized distributor, CPI also offers full manufacturer’s warranties on all products available from us. The warranties offered by our most important vendors are highlighted below. If you have a warranty claim, please call our Tech Department as soon as possible at (330) 861-5200. We will help you with the process, from proper filing with the vendor to getting you replacement parts fast.

Graco

  • With the exception of any special, extended, or limited warranty published by Graco, Graco will, for a period of twelve months from the date of sale, repair or replace any part of the equipment determined by Graco to be defective.
  • This warranty does not cover, and Graco shall not be liable for general wear and tear, or any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, or substitution of non-Graco component parts.

International Pump (IPM)

  • International Pump Manufacturing, Inc (IPM) warrants the equipment it manufactures to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the day of the sale by an authorized IPM distributor to the original purchaser.
  • A condition of the warranty is the prepaid return of the equipment to an authorized distributor of IPM who shall provide verification of the warranty claim.

CargoMate Trailers

  • Summary: CargoMate warrants only the original consumer purchaser for a period of one to three years from the date of purchase, that the body structure of this Cargo Trailer shall be free of substantial defects in materials and workmanship attributable to Warrantor.
  • Exclusions: warrantor expressly disclaims any responsibility for damage to the trim and appearance items located in or on the unit where damage is due to condensation, normal wear and tear, or exposure to the elements.

Centurion Generators

  • Summary: YEARS ONE and TWO - 100% (one hundred percent) transferable coverage on Labor and Part(s) listed (proof of purchase and maintenance is required):
    • Engine - All Components
    • Alternator - All Components
    • Transfer System - All Components
  • Exclusions
    • Generac Centurion generators that utilize non-Generac replacement parts.
    • Generac Centurion generators utilizing non-Generac transfer switches.
    • Repairs or diagnostics performed by individuals other than Centurion/Generac authorized dealers not authorized in writing by Generac Power Systems.

Speedaire Compressors

  • Summary: Speedaire 5 & 7.5 HP Air Compressors are warranted to the original user against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for one year after the date of purchase. The compressor pump is warranted for three years, excluding head valves, which are warranted for one year. This warranty applies to the original pump on a complete compressor unit. Replacement pumps are warranted for the balance of the three year warranty period, or a minimum of one year. Air receiver tank is also warranted for three years.
