All spray foam rigs at CPi are subject to customizations and the t500 is no exception to that. The t500 has many constants such as a choice from Graco?s entire Reactor line of proportioning units, premium diesel generators up to 100 kW and reciprocal and rotary-screw air compressors. All of the equipment the t500 is outfitted with comes from the most premium and trusted manfucturers.

The t500 rig can be outfitted into a pre-owned box truck or engineered into a brand new box truck, making it one of the most unique spray foam rig solutions offered by CPi.

Each t500 from CPi comes equipped with:

• Platinum interior featuring CPI’s signature silver tiles
• Stainless steel tool box, workbench and cabinetry
• Variety of machine options from the E-30 to H-40 and E-XP2 to H-XP3.
• Standard barrel braces and hose rack
• Separate engine compartment with forced ventilation
• Transfer pumps, air manifold and refrigerated air dryer
