2.0 lb Spray Foam Kits

Touch 'N Seal Spray Foam Kits are designed for use in commercial sealing, insulating, patching and filling applications. Portable and disposable, these two-component foam systems provide a quick, consistent flow of polyurethane foam that dries in less than one minute. These kits make tougher foam and also offer more water resistance compared with the 1 lb. foam; however, it is somewhat more expensive on a cost per R-value basis.

3.0 lb Spray Foam Kits

3.0 lb spray foam is used if high compressive strength is required. As an example, on a commercial flat or low slope roof, maintenance crews may need to walk across the foam. Just like the 2 lb. insulation foam, the 3 lb roofing foam features a closed cell structure. In exterior applications, the foam must be protected with a suitable coating.
