These foam kits have long been favored by foam and conventional roofers to repair smaller problem areas on roofs. Clear instructions allow even novices to produce excellent results within a few minutes. Especially on roof applications, sprayers will appreciate the high output and smooth round and fan spray patterns which can be produced with the included disposable gun.

These 3 lb. spray foam kits should be used wherever thermal insulation with high compressive strength is required. Compared with the 2 lb. kit, the 3 lb. kits offer more than twice the compressive strength, of about 40 psi. This makes it suitable for roofing applications where occasional foot traffic by maintenance crews is expected. Obviously, the intended applications are repairs and patches of less than a thousand square feet.
Foam kits are ideal for small jobs because they are portable, self-contained and a cost effective method to get the job done quickly.
Foam kits are a useful tool to seal roof and wall junctions as well as wall to ceiling and wall to floor junctions.
Foam kits can be used to insulate and reduce road noise in the vehicle manufacturing.
Because foam kits are portable and require no outside power source, they are ideal for general maintenance and HVAC applications.
Even fairly new duct work often is quite leaky. Contractors and home owners alike can reseal ducts and often reduce the air and energy loss from 30% to 50% to nothing.
Applicators love these kits because they require no power or compressed air. This is a real advantage when a repair is made on a large roof.
