Graco H-50
Graco’s Highest Output Hydraulic Proportioner for Spray Foam
Most often, our customer choose these systems as part of the Spray Foam Rigs manufactured by CPI.
- Maximum output of 50 lb/min (22.7 kg/min) in all electrical configurations
- • Maximum pressures between 1700 psi (117 bar, 11.7 MPa) for the 12,000 watts single phase system and 2000 psi (138 bar, 13.8 MPa) for all 3-phase systems
- Supports up to 410 ft. of Graco heated hose
- Various hybrid heater designs of up to 20.4 kW provide extreme heating power
- Advanced diagnostics
- Analog gauges for incoming material pressure and temperature
- New electronic design with separate boards for motor, and all three heater zones
- Many ratios besides 1:1 available. Ratio can be changed in the field.
- Upgrade to Reactor-IP (in-plant) system available with timed shot sequences and more
- Compared with classic Gusmer pump design, fewer parts and same design for A and B pumps
- Single and triple phase configurations including 220 and 400 volts available
- Free applicator training included in CPI’s Foam School
- The applicator can set pressure imbalance breakpoint at which system shuts down
- Gun crossovers are almost a thing of the past, since the system shuts down in case of ratio imbalance
The Graco
H-40 has revolutionized the world of Spray Polyurethane Foam with
its technical advances and breakthroughs
- New lightweight hydraulics are only a fraction of the weight of standard hydraulic units
- Circulation valves – redesigned to prevent failures associated with isocyanate crystallization
- Horizontal pump design provides smoother performance, extends seal life by 10 times, essentially eliminates pump leaks, and simplifies maintenance by using common parts
- Easy troubleshooting of transfer pumps: analog temperature and pressure gauges are standard
- Electronic platform simplifies troubleshooting and greatly reduces downtime

Offering the highest output performance in the spray foam industry, the H-50 is one of the most versatile machines today.
Generally speaking, the H-50 should be chosen for applications requiring very high output, high heat capacity such as in cold/very cold climates, or high uptime. While this system requires a little more initial investment than a smaller system, it offers excellent return on investment for a number of reasons including its legendary reliability and long life expectancy. Previous models have lasted more than 10 and often up to 20 years.
Foam
Roofing
No matter how large or small the roof, the Graco
proportioner H-40 will produce the foam needed to finish the job on
time. This machine can easily yield 12,000 to 16,000 lbs. of foam in
a single shift as long as your crew can keep up.

Spray
Foam Insulation
This machine is right for high output, large scale
residential or commercial spray foam insulation. Especially in large
commercial applications, the H-40 foam system will cut production
time significantly.Read more about spray foam insulation >
In-plant
OEM
This metering unit is well suited for refrigerators,
cold storage panels and similar injection work. This system is also
available as an upgraded version IPH-40, which supports timed shots
in combination with the AR-D and other guns.
Polyurea
and other Coatings
These applications are best executed using the H-XP3,
especially in case of larger job sizes. All of the listed coatings
perform best when applied using high heat and high pressure. The
massive pre-heaters generate over 20 kW while the static pressure
can reach 3500 psi. The finished product will reflect this.
The Graco Reactor H-50 is primarily designed to spray polyurethane foam at a 1:1 ratio. If we need to spray different materials at different ratios, please contact CPi for assistance in obtaining the special pumps required for a different ratio configuration.
