The hydraulic H-50 is Graco’s
highest output proportioner in its prominent Reactor
line of foam systems. Introduced in September 2009, the
H-50 is a close technical relative of the somewhat
smaller H-40 and H-25. Both of these systems were
instant leaders as they represented the very successful
marriage of the classical horizontal Gusmer pump line
with Graco’s computer-supported controls and engineering
quality. Extremely robust yet simple pump design keeps
downtime to an absolute minimum, while generating
profits for its owner. A long list of features,
including pressure gauges that monitor transfer pump
performance, help the foam mechanic maintain peak
productivity even in cold weather applications. CPI
customers have deployed Graco Reactor system around the
globe, from the Arctic Circle to the deserts of Iraq,
from around-the-clock in-plant applications in the USA
to the runways of Chinese airports.
Most often, our customer choose these systems as part of the Spray Foam Rigs manufactured by CPI.

Offering the highest output performance in the spray foam industry, the H-50 is one of the most versatile machines today.
Generally speaking, the H-50 should be chosen for applications requiring very high output, high heat capacity such as in cold/very cold climates, or high uptime. While this system requires a little more initial investment than a smaller system, it offers excellent return on investment for a number of reasons including its legendary reliability and long life expectancy. Previous models have lasted more than 10 and often up to 20 years.

Roofing
No matter how large or small the roof, the Graco
proportioner H-40 will produce the foam needed to finish the job on
time. This machine can easily yield 12,000 to 16,000 lbs. of foam in
a single shift as long as your crew can keep up.

Spray
Foam Insulation
This machine is right for high output, large scale
residential or commercial spray foam insulation. Especially in large
commercial applications, the H-40 foam system will cut production

In-plant
OEM
This metering unit is well suited for refrigerators,
cold storage panels and similar injection work. This system is also
available as an upgraded version IPH-40, which supports timed shots
in combination with the AR-D and other guns.
Polyurea
and other Coatings
These applications are best executed using the H-XP3,
especially in case of larger job sizes. All of the listed coatings
perform best when applied using high heat and high pressure. The
massive pre-heaters generate over 20 kW while the static pressure
can reach 3500 psi. The finished product will reflect this.
The Graco Reactor H-50 is primarily designed to spray polyurethane foam at a 1:1 ratio. If we need to spray different materials at different ratios, please contact CPi for assistance in obtaining the special pumps required for a different ratio configuration.
