On-Site Training

CPi is proud to serve all the needs of our polyurethane foam customers. According to industry experts, the number one reason for failure in the foam business is lack of training. CPi has an excellent track record when it comes to establishing successful new foam contractors.

Most of our customers make it to our Foam School, a unique program which teaches you everything, from spray techniques in our indoor simulated construction site, to business training, including estimating and selling.

Nonetheless, whether you’re an industry veteran, hire new employees or you’re just getting into the business with a complete, new spray foam rig or a new spray foam system, you may opt for on-site training at your location. In this case, one of our experienced foam mechanics will travel to your location, and provide training in a custom fashion suited to your needs. Often, polyurethane contractors take us along to their first job to make sure it all goes smoothly.

Compared with the training provided by the Foam School, on-site training places more emphasis on the spray application.

Here is a small breakdown of what our On-Site Training offers:
  • Equipment start-up and shut-down
  • Housekeeping, including periodic proportioner service and gun maintenance
  • Introduction to foam technology and benefits
  • Basic spray foam equipment troubleshooting
  • Overview of polyurethane application methods
