Every trailer goes through a 6 step quality control procedure to
ensure that no detail is over looked. Each system is purged and
pressure tested prior to delivery. We offer a guarantee of 5 days
from order to release.
Fully Insulated
Every spray foam rig constructed by CPi comes standard with full
closed cell insulation package. Not only do we spray the walls,
ceiling, and belly, we also take the time to primer the aluminum,
assuring permanent adhesion.
Hose hanger and dispencement system
The completely redesigned hose hanger is now not only a device that allows for the holding of up to 410 ft of Graco's heated hose, it now is a complete dispensing system provide a quick and simple way to remove the hose. This hanger now swivels out from the wall and has a three tier design allowing for the smooth, untangled movement of each section of hose making what used to be a two man job now a job handled by one.
Certified Electrical System
Every trailer has at least a 125 Amp panel and full electrical
system including disconnects on every piece of equipment. The
electrical system if fully tested. Full shore power switches are
available as well.
Triple aluminum box-tube Barrel Braces
These barrel braces are crafted in a four inch box-tube design out of lightweight alumnium given them the strength and performance to the most demanding applicators. The braces are color coded for the resin and ISO sides of your spray foam.

- Textured chrome finish trigger latches look great, will not show fingerprints and keep doors securely closed.
4" Toe Kick Riser
- Recessed 2" from front of cabinet for easy floor cleaning and comfortable foot space when standing in front of cabinets.
- The riser also allows for easy adjustment between riser and base cabinet to compensate for uneven floors. (Cabinets may require height adjustments to keep them even.) Our 4" Toe Kick Riser™ is installed on the floor for a clean look and no gap between cabinet and floor. Height adjustment is then made between the riser and cabinet, where it can not be seen for a neat and clean looking installation.
